my brother had 710 in math, 660 in literature and 550 in science.......

here it is..... public universities care about your grades and score in the PSU..... private ones just care about the money, so people there arent study because they deserve it, theyre doing it just because theyve got the money.
that is quiet unfair since in chile universities are really expensive and they are allowing people who maybe dont really deserve those places instead of, for instance, poor people that had worked hard all their lives to be something in their lifes
