I haven't had any sugar all day....I couldn't eat because I threw up twice in 30 minutes and felt nauseated most of the day
When I have low energy, I subconsciously try to make myself stay awake and seem normal by giving myself more energy than usual and then I just end up acting crazy and no one believes that I'm actually tired.... and considering I haven't gotten any sleep for going on my third night, I'm like a crazy fiend
