I've been thinking this for a while....isn't "converse" plural? I know it doesn't matter, but I feel like the plural of converse is not converses, because converse refers to a pair, which is plural....

Converse refers to the brand of the shoes.... so the shoes are mistakenly called converses =/ the appropiate way to call em would be "chucks" since they're the Chuck Taylor kind of converse.......
in chile we call em Converse =P i think i'm the only freak around that calls em Chucks lol
