But, you don't understand that the concept is nowhere near what American Idiot was. This album surfaces around dead, where AI was more political / boy with a lot of rage and just wanted to leave to do his own thing. Bands like to change a lot, and MCR are greatly influenced by Green Day. The song to me, sounds more like Queen, and it doesn't sound like AI. I mean, Rob is a pretty good producer, and don't think he has only done Green Day because he hasn't -- they are both on the same record label you know.
