well, that's.....good..... My English teacher told me that I dismiss other people's opinions....*widens eyes* hehe. GAH!!! the discussion infuriated me SO MUCH!!! well not all of it just like a couple parts. Cause I TRIED to say that this one part, I thought, was kind of boring, and then Mrs. Dougherty (teacher) starts going on about how "it wasn't boring, that was when all the life values were stated!" and it made me really angry 'cause that's not what I meant at ALL. and there was just a lot of stuff I didn't agree with and felt like yelling about. but I didn't.

Anyone read the book 'Burned'? Really Good. Last year I was practically living on nothing but Green Day and Harry Potter. (Cause you know, I have no life like that ) Dan Brown books are pretty good. Kinda predictable after the first few though. Hey is it just me or are they completely over-blowing the 'Da Vinci Code' movie with all the commercials and specials? Annnnd . . . what else??? Hmmm . . . books, books, books. Oh yeah! Has anyone heard of 'Johnny the Homicidal Maniac'?

Burned by Ellen Hopkins? As in the author of Crank? I've read Crank, but I haven't read Burned yet, although I want to...I quoted it in my LiveJournal, though
Which book is it, Abby?

I started reading Burned, but.. well.. I completely hated it, honestly. I never finished it. I should try picking it up again. "So you want to be a wizard".

*shrugs* never heard of it....though we obviously have very different book tastes
I really want to read Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro and Sarah by J.T. LeRoy (whose name always makes me think of LeRoi Jones...I wonder if the author(s?) is a fan)
