yeah, A.F.I. (A Fire Inside)
they are a rock band from the Bay Area *hollers* and Davey Havoc is the lead singer *giggles* he is quite effeminate, and somewhere I read a quotation in which the person said that AFI's music gets better the more feminine Davey becomes.....and it's true, for the most part
