I keep forgetting about the blonde hair because I'm constantly seeing videos and pictures of him with black hair....*shrug*

I remembered it today in zumiez so I went up to the guy that works there (and I'll mention that he was VERY pretty) and I told him that billie joe dyed his hair blonde! and he was like..umm sure? then I left

It's on his wrist between the Adie pics and the angels. Nothing big i just noticed it's not blank anymore. There is another pic on GDA from the grammy's where he is holding a ball you can kinda see it more.

and yes, he needs fucking eyeliner! Otherwise, all remnants of the old Billie will have disappeared (well, except his clothing...)
