Has anyone ever read Gulliver's Travels by Jonothan Swift?
My teacher is making me read it and it is so far from entertaining that it makes me want to strangle my teacher to death.

It's about this Gulliver dude
Who travels to all these stupid places.
First he travels to this place where all the people are like five inches tall
And he's a giant.
Then he travels to this place where everyone is like 60 feet tall and he's a little tiny guy.
Yeah.
Guy must have been on acid or something when he thought of that.
Anyway, it's really boring and like every other word is some big word I've never even heard of.
This is an example from the book:
"During this this storm, which was followed by a strong wind west-southwest, we were carried by my computation about five-hundred leagues to the east, so that the oldest sailor on board could not tell in what part of the world we were."
An easier way to say that could be this:
"We got lost."
See?
It's crazy.
And sorry about my rant, I just really hate this book.

Ha ha it's cool. Damn what a way to say 'we got lost' lol ugh! It sounds like a type of Alice and wonderland thing Yeah I'm sure acid was most definitely the key point of the writers inspiration  |
